September 11,2001 4 planes got hijacked. 2 planes went into the world trade center, 1 plane went into the pentagon. The other passengers tried to take over the plane that was headed to the White House. The few passengers that were trying to get the plane back,ended up crashing into a field in Pennsylvania. About 3,000 people died that day. Sense then the United States of America has increased there security dramatically. The security was increased mostly at airports. We went to war with Afghanistan in 2001. In 2003 we went to war with Iraq. its 2009 were still fighting with Iraq. President Bush gave the order to attack afghanistan in 2001. Know in 2009 President Obama is trying to get our soldiers out of Iraq. Many people died on September 11, 2001 but we are going to remember everyone on that day how died.
